The award was received on behalf of the hospital by Secretary Zaheer Kaladi and Director Kunnath Kunhi Muhammed during the official award presentation ceremony. State Government Best Co-operative Award in 2024
PMSA Memorial District Co-operative Hospital won the Kerala State Government Best Co-operative Hospital Award by analysing its performance in the year 2022-2023 for its exceptional work in vivid departments. This institution gives the highest dividend for its shareholders for the past 4 years (11% dividend & 5% treatment benefit), various developmental projects by collecting public funds without any monetary loans, for providing adequate healthcare to the layman of the society in affordable rate, increase in number of patients, for bringing palliative homecare & cardiac centre in district headquarters, for consistent maintenance of the financial discipline & rise in audit grade and classification. On 2024 July 6 the award was handed over to board members.

IMA Award & IMA Appreciation for COVID Period Free Treatment
For the remarkable performance during covid period Kerala chapter of IMA Hospital board of India appreciated Malappuram District Co-operative hospital for its free covid treatment functioned at Malappuram Town hall. Kerala chapter chairman Dr.Jayakrishnan A.V gave a letter of appreciation to hospital president K.P.A Majeed M.L.A at the function held on 2021 July 21, as commendable to this IMA Malappuram District Committee Awarded the IMA Award to Mr. Saheer Kalady Secretary of the hospital for being the only organisation in the state to run an exemplary performance during covid period on 2021 July 27.
